Job Overview And Responsibility
• Conceptualize, ideate and create interactive User Interfaces (UI) on digital platforms • Design UIs in accordance with best practices • Incorporate User Experience (UX) strategy for designs • Understand and able to align ideas in adherence to corporate or brand guidelines • Interpret and apply creative design aesthetics with content strategy • Deliver projects within scheduled deadlines • Explain, justify and articulate design ideas and rationale
Required Skills and Experience
•. Years of Experience Required: 2 – 5 years • Loves digital platforms and everything related to the WWW! • Good understanding and grasp of UX concepts • Good understanding of digital solutions and ideally able to convert designs into HTML, CSS, JS etc • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator • Experience in micro-animation and interaction design • Demonstrated ability to plan mock-ups and storyboards • Good communication skills including ability to present designs to internal stakeholders and other team members • Good communication skills in English Language

Công ty có dùng figma ko ạ? Nếu như JD hiểu thì là vừa design bằng pts & code qua html/css luôn ạ?
sẽ ít sử dụng figma, nhưng nếu biết sử dụng để phục vụ công việc vẫn tốt nhé. Về html và css thì là "good to have" thôi nè, quan trọng vẫn là skill về UI nên thật sự tốt nhé. Thank you!

Hi team, ứng viên làm chuyên về frontend và đáp ứng hết các yêu cầu trong JR, tuy nhiên thì UI không design mà mạnh về chỉnh sửa và convert thì có được không nhỉ, vì JR có vẻ hơi thiên nhiều về FE và ứng viên đang muốn thử sức (bạn có kinh nghiệm làm môi trường Âu-Mỹ)

1. Vị trí này đăng vào tháng 9 và hiện vẫn đang tuyển bạn nhé, các CV đạt đã được hẹn phỏng vấn. 2. Chưa nhiều UV đáp ứng skills có thể convert HTML, CSS & tiếng anh chưa đủ tốt. 3. Ưu tiên các công ty lớn , brand lớn như Aperia Solutions, Inc, PYCO, Zalo, Shopee, Be Group, fractal corporation... Ưu tiên các UV đã làm qua môi trường cty nước ngoài, có hiểu biết về HTML, CSS hoặc background về frontend.
