Job Overview And Responsibility
For our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Sunbytes is looking for a full-time Senior WordPress Developer with at least 4 years experience. You will work in an international environment with colleagues in Vietnam and Netherlands. In addition to the opportunities to interact and learn from our client in the US. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will design and build a new WordPress applications together with your team and client. You are expected to anticipate and identify the risks and provide appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable and maintainable. Next to that we expect that as a senior you will be able to help the whole team grow. Together with the client you create high traffic sites (some more than 50mln visitors per month). Additionally, you will maintain multiple WordPress sites and create new features.
Required Skills and Experience
If you want to work for us as a Senior WordPress Developer, we expect you to have the experience with and knowledge of: - At least bachelor of IT or equivalent - Knowledge in PHP 7, MySQL - Deep understanding of design patterns, and the principles of OOP, MVC - HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript - Version management using GIT - Knowledge in database design - Have deep knowledge of WordPress - Experience with code review, feedback and standards. Furthermore, as you will be working in an international organization, English intermediate level is appreciated.
