Junior & Senior System Integration Engineer
Job Overview And Responsibility
For Junior position Build Server & Storage hardware solutions. Set up server, backup and storage system for customers. Support customer operation and do minor troubleshooting. Address simple technical issue and escalate difficult issue to higher Level in Service team. Regularly visit customer sites to check their systems. Report and propose improvement to the customer. For Senior position To take responsibility on the assigned Projects and to work based on defined functions: - PJ Implementation & Management - Operation & Maintenance - Maintain Customer Relationship -Support Customer issues within SLA, responsibility in best efforts -Give Improvement in IT system and internal process Able to lead and handle implementation for Medium and Large Projects. Ensure Project qualities, supplier’s behaviour by managing & controlling vendor(s) works To maintain and support the Customers and other teams. To lead / advise other engineers and support them in the project implementation To be able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
For Junior Position Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field Dynamic, Initiative and team-player person. Strong technical experience (At least 2-year experience in a similar position) Experience in design, install and support Windows server. Good understand IT equipment such as DELL/HPE server and storage, Microsoft Windows, Anti-virus, Backup software. Good understand ICT knowledge -Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, files & print sharing. For Senior Position Graduated in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field Solid technical experience and have at least 2-year experience in a similar position. Make Consultation & create solution(s) for technical skills below: - Server (IBM; HPE; DELL; etc.) - System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Veeam, Linux, etc.) - Cloud (AWS, Azure) Experience to manage project with at least 2 members
