Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of innovative strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a creative problem-solver who can work with data, uncover growth opportunities, and implement effective campaigns that scale our user base and improve customer engagement. What you will do: **User Acquisition & Engagement Develop and execute initiatives to attract new users across digital channels, including social media, web, and mobile… Implement loyalty programs and targeted campaigns to boost customer retention and increase lifetime value. Leverage marketing automation tools to deliver personalized experiences and drive user engagement. **Analytics & Collaboration Conduct A/B tests on creative strategies, user flows, and campaign initiatives to improve conversion, activation, and retention rates. Monitor, analyze, and report on acquisition and retention metrics, ensuring campaigns align with key growth KPIs. Collaborate with product, data, and customer experience teams to refine the customer journey and create seamless experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing. Experience with CDP such as: Insider, MoEngage, … Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, …) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
