Job Overview And Responsibility
IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: - Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives - Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology - Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) - Translating business requirements into application requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System - Obtaining IT knowledge-base - Excellent communication skills in both English, Vietnamese and interpersonal skills. - At least 3 years of working experience of which 2 years in analyzing requirements - Basic experience in programming languages - Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques - General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs - Proactive can-do attitude and strong commitment to deadlines.
