Job Overview And Responsibility
- Analyze business, financial and operational data and make recommendations and advise on business situations. - Collaborate with department heads, to improve current reporting, provide new reporting and propose in-depth analysis of business/operational performance, identify risks or changes that may impact the business/operational situation of specific strategies, specific projects. - Prepare, manage, monitor and compare periodic management reports, KPIs (monthly, quarterly, yearly), and budgets according to implementation from superiors. - Urge and coordinate departments and divisions in implementing goals, plans and policies. - Coordinate with Data Analyst team to automate reports, support data provision and perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Required Skills and Experience
- University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance. - Over 1 year experience in related field - Proficient in using Excel software and back office software. - Good English for work. - Logical and critical thinking. - Ability to analyze data and provide solutions - Communicate confidently, quickly, have diplomatic and foreign affairs skills - Interact with departments regularly and proactively. - Careful, meticulous, skillful, strong sense of responsibility. - Ability to work under high pressure, passionate about working with data. - Experience using SQL queries to extract and manipulate data is a big plus, additional knowledge (Tableau, Power BI...) is a plus.
