Job Overview And Responsibility
Building a truly data-driven company by supplying our business pods with a constant stream of relevant insights. You will be actively driving this vision by: ● Drive decisions every day with the insights you gather from our data ● Conduct cohort, funnel and in-page analytics to help improve our product ● Design, build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools ● Monitor product feature adoption, usage and user engagement ● Work closely with our customer research team to combine quantitative with qualitative analyses
Required Skills and Experience
● At least Bachelor Degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) ● Have 2 years of experience working in a similar role in a startup environment ● Experience in top tech firms in Indonesia or Southeast Asia (for example Tokopedia, Gojek, Shopee,...) ● SQL and Excel have no secrets for you ● You love visualizing data with Tableau ● You solve math puzzles for fun ● A strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude ● Comfortable with being critical and speaking your mind ● You can easily switch between coding (R or Python) and having a business discussion ● Be a team player who thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment ● Good English communication

Prefer candidates who are based in Indonesia. Open to recruit expats (from India, Vietnam, SEA in general) who are based out of Indonesia as long as they're willing to relocate to Indonesia after Covid

This position will not lead team, more information about BI will be discussed during the interview
Oh sorry, Is it okay if the candidate is good at Python and have no experience with R?
We prefer to have candidates who can do coding (switching R or Python). They also must be strong in SQL
Can flexible with require "You can easily switch between coding (R or Python)"? My candidate is Vietnamese. He graduated in Business Intelligence in Hungary. He knowledge and experience with: - SQL, VBA, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. - Tableau, ARIS Architect/Designer (EPC&BPMN), Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ArcGIS, RapidMiner Studio, Xero, Kontir, SAP Logon, Visual Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, WordPress, Office, Figma,... His only problem is doesn't have knowledge or experience with R/Python.
