Job Overview And Responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Connecty. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality and design industries, and the ability to communicate with high-level business owners effectively. Reporting to the co-founder, Jonathan, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including successful business owners in Vietnam's hospitality and design sectors. ● Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to their needs and concerns. ● Collaborate with the project management team to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that exceed expectations. ● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Connecty's services to existing clients. ● Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any issues or delays proactively. ● Coordinate client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to showcase Connecty's capabilities and secure new business opportunities. ● Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth. ● Prepare and present reports on client activity, revenue forecasts, and sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills and Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Design, or related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the hospitality or design industries. ● Understanding of interior design, construction processes, and project management principles - must have ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level business owners and decision-makers. ● High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex client relationships with tact and diplomacy. ● Fluent in English
