Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Operations Performance Management and Reporting

    • Lead the monthly supply chain performance call for Affiliates and follow up on agreed action plans.

  • 2. Operations Best Practices

    • Conduct periodic inventory strategy reviews for the entire ANI, ensuring target safety stock levels by product to maintain service levels and optimize working capital.

    • Support the implementation of operations policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and standardization in line with best practices.

    • Promote productivity savings and process optimization.

    • Document and share best practices within the BU.

    • Identify project value propositions and collaborate with procurement colleagues on operational initiatives for Cost Leadership savings.
