We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. * Responsibilities • Understand Client Needs: Analyze and understand team build-up requirements from clients and coordinate with software development partners to identify suitable candidates. • Candidate Selection: Participate in the candidate prequalification process, ensuring they meet client expectations, and negotiate onboarding terms with software development partners. • Onboarding & Client Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Project Monitoring: Proactively collaborate with software development partners, project teams, and clients to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Recruitment Manager or similar position in a software outsourcing or IT resourcing company. • People Skills: Easygoing, highly sociable, and enjoys working with diverse teams. Demonstrates a strong customer care mindset and the ability to build lasting client relationships. • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, dedicated, and committed to achieving high-quality results. • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
