I'd like you to think for a moment about the reason why I am attracted to the recruiting profession. I wanted to make a difference & want to have an impact on the life of the people with whom I interacted. There is a strong desire to help others because there's great gratification in what we do. I don't know many other professions out there that basically can say, "What I do every day of my life, "is I change people's lives for the better." And that's what I do every day. That is the bottom line of recruiting. I change people's lives for the better.
