Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Hiring * Sourcing candidates across different levels, bands and business verticals through job portals, references, Head Hunting and other professional link sites * Conducting HR round of interview. * Reference checks * Documentation of hiring process, preparation of MIS and dash boards. Employee joining, separation and grievances * Issuing offer letters, compensation break-up and appointment letters * Joining formalities, Induction session and formal introduction within the organization * Conducting formal exit interviews and clearance verification and issue of relieving letters * Handling grievances related to salaries, incentives etc Monthly Management Reporting * Updating and maintenance of employees data base * Monthly MIS reports on Head Count Movement – New joinees, Resignees, terminations, closing head count and attrition rate to functional heads * Half yearly performance appraisal reports after consolidating the ratings from all functional heads * Processing & co-coordinating Provident Fund & ESIC * Reporting on leave and Attendance status Specialties: Recruitment across all levels, induction, joining formalities, PF, ESIC etc....
