Job Overview And Responsibility
Staff Cost 1. Monthly Cycle Run for Staff Cost Allocation 2. Monthly Staff Cost Reporting/Analysis/Reconciliation Capex 1. Monthly Capex Reporting 2. Quarterly Capex Forecast Submission Budget 1. Staff Cost Budget  Collate all Headcount Movement data for budget process and sent it to HR.  Staff cost and other fringe benefits (other staff cost) to be determine by HR. 2. Overhead Budget Collation (4 Yards)  Collate all overhead data from operation.  Collate PM/CM 3. 5 Year Plan  5-year plan for the Staff cost and Overhead 4. Budget Template improvement Manhours 1. Collate subcontractors’ manhours.  Upload subcon hours into SAP from various stakeholders.  Subcon manhour Summary Report 2. STEML manhour  Checking and verification of Manhour charging report from various stakeholders  Submit the report for review.  Job Charge Posting in SAP Others 1. Other adhoc duties.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders - Or Minimum 5 years of relevant experinece for non-degree holders - Good spoken and written English - Should have Finance Reporting experience from at least 1 of the following background: + Singapore company such as (Mapletree, Keppel land, Capital land, Grab...) + MNC operating in Vietnam (Accenture...) + Possess experience working with Singapore clients - Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well with business users - Effective communications and problem-solving skills - A team player and able to interact with co-workers. - Able to work independently and under tight timelines - Meticulous and good attention to details - Willing to work in different time zones and adhere to calendar day deadlines with flexible off and rest days. - Can work on-site at ST Office in Ho Chi Minh City
