Job Overview And Responsibility
As a Senior Technical ERP Consultant, you will participate in ● Design and implement solutions on Odoo ERP platform. ● Lead technical aspects of projects and mentor junior developers. ● Perform FIT/GAP analysis to align Odoo solutions with client needs. ● Collaborate with coworkers or clients to gather and analyze requirements. ● Optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues. ● Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance. ● Prepare technical documentation and provide post-deployment support. What skills you will gain ● Technical skills: ERP system, Python development, system integration, data migration, cloud, DevOps, cyber security, etc. ● English communication skills: 100% of our clients are businesses in the US. You will be in an English-speaking environment and have ample opportunities to communicate directly with clients and coworkers in the US. ● BA skills: you will participate in analyzing and documenting business processes of typical companies in the US. ● Tech Lead and PM skills: based on your preferences and project requirements, you may have opportunities to take on leadership roles, such as leading small teams or projects as a Tech Lead or Project Manager. ● AI in development and analysis: we’re applying AI at work, you will have access to advanced tools to grow your competency in the new AI era. If you’re successful in this role, you would eventually grow to be one of the following roles in the future: ● a Senior ERP Consultant or an ERP Solution Architect who can design and implement software solutions to help businesses operate efficiently. ● a Project Manager who can lead complex IT projects, particularly those involving business operations.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications ➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ➢ 4+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience using Python language ➢ 2+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation on Odoo ➢ Experience with Odoo implementation. ➢ Expertise JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL. ➢ Experience with web services and integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, MessageQueue, SQL, etc.) ➢ Learning Agility: Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or programming languages as required. ➢ Soft Skills: ○ Advanced-level English communication. ○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ○ Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. ○ Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
