Job Overview And Responsibility

We are looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Officer to manage all marketing to our trade partners and potential trade partners. Our business relationships with our trade partners are fundamental to success in achieving our commercial goals. For this role, you will be a creative and quantitative thinker and report to Marketing Director. You should be familiar with various trade marketing techniques across all marketing channels. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable campaigns to position and promote the businesses roles. Job Responsibilities • Create strategic Trade/ Fields Marketing plan – Develop, implement and analyze trade/ fields marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other BTL marketing activities across the region (for both Laos and Cambodia Market); at traditional pharmacies, pharmacy chains, modern trade, wholesales, hospitals, private clinics. • Do reports in time, follow as functions, missions and whenever needs. • Work closely with other department, especially with sales teams on company initiatives to ensure the best marketing effectiveness for sales performance on sales locations. • Do Market visit to understand the situation of the pharmaceutical, hospital, and medical devices market, our current product portfolio, and its related information. • Manage all trade marketing activities and BTL programs which is aligned with product, brand marketing strategies and deploy to sales team for implementation to strengthen and further corporate brands. • Collaborate with Sales team to field check the brand awareness of all our products on sales channels below the line. • Review feedback and suggestions from sales team, trade channels relating to assigned brands/products and develop action plans to address those to achieve the KPI Targets. • Manage the merchandise, POSM, visibility with company brand guidelines and the effects of those on sales performance, and collaborate with Sales team, trade channels to set up on fields. • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: • Bachelor/ Master degree specialized in Marketing, Commerce and Economy. Pharmaceutical or Hospital Medical Devices experience is preferred. • 2 years+ of working experience in relevant position. • Skill of strategic mindset and critical thinking. Willing to think out of the box and responsibility in making it happen. • Leadership skills and strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions. • Familiar with distribution, retailer, pharmacy, other trade channels development. • Willing to travel a lot on fields. • Good at negotiation and relationship development. • Good at English is advantage.
