As a Senior Technical Project/Product Manager at Source of Asia, you will oversee the entire project/product development process. - Tech: Understand tech trends and tech specifications, can make recommendations, manage technical approach to internal needs - Planning: Expert at identifying scopes, scheduling, settings priorities and goals, gantt charts, managing sprints - People: Lead projects’ teams, collaborate with clients, mentor team members - Communication: external and internal, coordination, transfer of information, reporting - Product Expertise: deep knowledge of the product, responsible for both strategic and tactical activities, gathering requirements and documenting detailed user stories. Duties & Responsibilities: ●Client Collaboration: ○ Engage with clients, executives, and stakeholders to explore potential projects and define project parameters. ○ Analyze clients' requirements and translate them into detailed project needs, ensuring alignment with their objectives. ●Technical Expertise: ○ Stay updated on industry and technology trends to provide informed recommendations on technology choices and investments. ○ Address technical challenges and provide expert guidance to project teams. ○Ability to judge correctness of technical estimates and performance of team members ●Project Planning and Management: ○ Develop comprehensive project blueprints, SRS, encompassing project scope, resource allocation, timelines, communication strategies, budgeting, and success criteria. ○ Vigilantly monitor project budgets and oversee adherence to financial objectives. ●Team Leadership: ○ Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams through all project phases, from initiation to completion. ○ Supervise and actively engage in project activities to ensure alignment with project goals. ●Milestone Tracking and Reporting: ○ Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and change requests, maintaining stakeholders' awareness of progress and changes. ○ Act as a communication liaison, conveying project updates and pertinent information to stakeholders. ●Documentation and Quality Assurance: ○ Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project and product documentation. ○ Ensure project documentation meets industry and company standards and quality benchmarks. ●Product Delivery and Performance: ○ Own the successful delivery of finalized software products to clients, conducting performance evaluations to ensure quality. ○ Conduct routine product performance assessments and implement necessary improvements. ●Leadership: ○ Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a commitment to excellence. ○ Mentor team members. ○ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and quality assurance to ensure clear understanding of requirements and alignment with expectations. ○ Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables and ensure adherence to project deadlines. ●Assess and mitigate technical risks
