This position is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as the incumbent needs to act as a communication link between the IT department and other branches. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ▪ Product Requirement Analysis: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for product development. - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing products, market trends, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. ▪ Solution Design: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to design solutions that align with business goals. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and process flows to illustrate product features and functionality. - Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective. ▪ Data Analysis: - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive valuable insights, trends, and patterns. - Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making. - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and accuracy. ▪ Testing and Quality Assurance: - Define test cases, perform testing, and validate that developed products meet the specified requirements. - Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and discrepancies through testing phases. ▪ Documentation: - Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Maintain updated documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. ▪ Project Management: - Lead project management activities, including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. ▪ User Training and Support: - Provide end-users with training and support during product deployment and post-implementation phases. - Address user inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. ▪ Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within the product development lifecycle. - Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's work.
