Job Overview And Responsibility

Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports. Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issues. Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce. Create customizations for use with Salesforce. Monitor system performance and identify issues. Provide support to users who need help using the platform respond promptly to requests for assistance and offer advice where appropriate. Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, …). Work on Configuration / Customization per requirement CRM Administration with multiple factors/stakeholder Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum) Experience and/or certifications on Salesforce.com: Certified Administrator or others. Propose solution per requirement Experience in multiple Products of Salesforce.com Has the ability to maintain the CRM, issue, and fix, support end users, and implement new features and data migration.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Knowledgeable with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce platform administration 5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (mandatory) and Salesforce Experience Cloud (advantaged) 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow and other OOTB features Has the ability to work with end-users from non-tech departments like Sales, Service, Marketing Experience with technical and business documentation Strong analytical skills to investigate and correctly identify the root cause Good time management skills, able to identify and prioritize urgent/ critical requests Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrates professionalism and confidence: dynamic thinker, proactive, can-do attitude, problem solver, and result-oriented. Have a customer-oriented mindset. Have experience working with end-users and stakeholders from multiple departments: Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Service, Professional Service Have experience working with colleagues in European countries. Proficiency in English is required. Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in various tasks.
