About Us Salvia is a Singapore-based Tech startup that helps you resolve your queries on topics such as love, marriage, psychology, family, and careers. We have a team of expert advisors from various fields (Astrology, Horoscope, Spiritual, Tarot) who can give you the most accurate answers. With our app, you can use the Call option to chat with our advisors anytime and anywhere, in a fast and convenient way. We are a small and fast-moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer- oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us. - Find, contact, and hire advisors/consultants who can speak Chinese and provide guidance on Astrology, Horoscope, and Spiritual Emotional issues, etc. - Assist in operating, creating, and maintaining consultant accounts - Ensure that consultant accounts work efficiently and effectively - Monitor the availability of consultants on the app - Write reports and develop work plans
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Chinese, with good oral and written skills. - At least 6 months of professional work in Chinese experience - Experienced in work (Sales, Business Development, HR, etc.) or related major - University graduate - Skilled in using office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Team player, self-driven, and results-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Salary is open to negotiation based on how much experience you have and the skills you bring - Employees are eligible for a salary review every 6 months following the completion of one year of service. If their performance is outstanding, they can request a salary review. - Full salary probation, Full SHUI, another allowance - Performance bonus - Working time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday
