Job Overview And Responsibility
Get to know the role: Being a member of One Mount group, VinID Pay with target to become a leading Fintech company in Vietnam, we is building the most convenient online payment and finance service for customers: - Providing convenient and diversified payment solutions. - Building proactive and effective operating tools. - Developing platform for One Mount's digital financial ecosystem, which has been bringing thoroughness to customers & effective support for subsidiaries with breakthrough & quality products and taking that as a premise to reach Job Description: - Elicit and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders and assess relevant solutions and their potential impact - Define the testing objectives and criteria for success and oversee the testing and follow up processes for software products - Determine requirements and develop test plans. - Execute writing test design, test cases based on the system specification documents - Develop automation test scripts based on available frameworks - Perform the following test: Manual UI test, API test, Mobile/Web test, Performance test, automation test - Review failure analysis results and implement changes that limit and/or eliminate the causes of failure - Performs log bugs, evaluates bug severity and keeps track bug status via JIRA as workflow actions - Self-management of personal work and report progress to the team and the leader. - Assisting other team members and associated with IT and Business team - Ensure agile software development methodologies to develop, improve and deploy software applications
Required Skills and Experience
Job Requirements: Key Skills: - Over 3 years of experience in software testing (ISTQB certification is preferred) - Strong experience in creating, maintaining test artifacts (test plan, test cases, test scenarios, test report...) - Experienced in testing API using Postman, Soap UI … - Experience in using SQL statements - Understanding of all phases of a test cycle, including but not limited to functional, regression, integration, performance, acceptance, load, black box, white box, and automation testing - Understand the software product development processes. - Ability to work independently, excellent in communication and solve problems - Ability to work on different projects concurrently. Domain Expertise: - Graduated from university majoring in IT (required) - Having knowledge and hands-on experience in a programming language to do automation is an advantage - Having knowledge and experience in an automation test framework (Robot framework…) is an advantage. - Ability to learn new knowledge and skills if guided - Having experience working under the Agile model (Scrum). - Having experience in finance service projects is an advantage.
