Job Overview And Responsibility
- Handle issues that arise during live sessions. - Arrange and prepare logistics and requirements before live sessions. - Update product information, promotions, and pin products during live sessions. - Inspect, organize, and prepare products and necessary props for live sessions. - Monitor metrics and engagement levels during live sessions and report session results. - Assist the host in interacting with customers and answering questions. - Ensure the live session runs smoothly, promptly report incidents, and support resolving related issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in live session assistance. - Proficiency in office software, quick learning ability, good trend-catching skills, and problem-solving support.
