Job Overview And Responsibility
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Develop business process models and propose solutions for complex business challenges. Analyze requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Participate in preparing test documents (test cases, test plans) and create testing strategies. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business objectives are met. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to capture and process complex business requirements. Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience using project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
