Job Overview And Responsibility

- The Head of QC is in-charged the quality assurance standards of ZaloPay product. You will be working with our cross-functional tech delivery teams where you will build our next generation of globally scalable technology platforms. - You will lead the QC team for researching and developing in support of product and systems requirements over the course of software development life-cycles. Responsibilities - Lead the quality assurance works. - Lead the QC team and collaborate with different teams across the organization to make sure quality is embedded in both processes and technology. - Spike and learn new test tools depending on various project recommendations. - Deep dive into new business domains to help teams analyze, test and build quality software. - Have an impact and influence individuals at an organizational level, building a test strategy that covers multiple products and projects. - Analyze and collect information and evidence, identify problems and opportunities and ensure recommendations fit with strategic business objectives. - Design and execute non-functional testing, e.g. Performance, security and accessibility, by using standard testing techniques. - Build up quality standards for ZaloPay. - Conduct internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established QC standards for software development, application integration, and information system performance, and corresponding documentation. - Continuously be alert to trends and changes in quality related issues over the course of projects and report them without hesitation.
