1. Claim : 'Investigate & solve customer complain/good return then make report : Update & monitor claim, analyse trend & make report Monthly 2. Mail & COP handling : Full fill COP correct & on time : Monitor & feedback mail on time 3. Fulfill customer requirments : Full fill the customer document requirments. : Prepare and take part in customer audit. 4. Others : Monitor QC Sugar mix Expense & Capex, make report : Solve other arising works and other duties assigned by the Superior
Required Skills and Experience
Educational Background '- Bachelor of Food Technology/ Biotechnology or equivalent. - Have knowledge about Quality Manager System, FSSC 22000, BRC,... Expertise Skills & Experience '- At least 01 year of working experience with similar position. - Have knowledge about food safety. - Working knowledge of quality control methods - Good at English - Good problem-solving skills - Good communication skill Soft Skills '- Good in both team work and independent work. - Have leadership skills. - Good in time management. - Good in logic analytical skill and making report. -Meticulous attention to detail
