Her 21 year professional career is replete with challenges that were unique & diverse and she made mark acting as a true catalyst for success. Whether challenged to set-up business, orchestrate a successful turnaround or make breakthroughs providing excellent operational support, she delivered significant results.  In her 17+yrs experience in Executive search industry in India where she has helped recruit professionals at all levels across industries. Her career in recruitment began in 1999, when she joined a Top recruitment firm ARCIS Management Services in Delhi. Here she was responsible for junior level hiring across BPOs initially and then gradually moved on to hire for mid and senior levels. In her recruitment career she has done recruitment in PR, Consulting, Finance & Operations, HR and Legal across levels (Manager to Director). She left the Organisation in 2014 as a Delivery Lead. She was one of the founding member of Adonai Services in 2014. While creating and establishing the Adonai Services brand in India, she was also responsible for Business Development, Execution of mandates, Client & Candidate relationship management & Project management, Head Hunting. She started Elohim Management Services in February 2017
