- Quickly receive and handle customer inquiries and concerns related to the company's products/services through the call center and online channels. - Collaborate with various departments to execute and manage Outbound campaigns as assigned. - Ensure customer complaints and concerns are fully resolved within the specified time frame. - Prepare daily reports, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- No experience required, just a willingness to learn! - University degree preferred, with priority given to majors in Economics, Finance, Services, or Foreign Languages. - Strong communication skills in English or Korean. - Clear, pleasant, and professional speaking voice. - Hardworking, flexible, and able to handle situations quickly and effectively.
