Sales Account Management Sales
- Develop good and effective contacts with the right profile of assigned key contractors/owners. - Identify and approach new and potential customers. - Develop sales programs to engage and win projects, meeting annual targets. - Build and manage a pipeline with a clear sales forecast of ongoing, upcoming, and prospective projects. - Forecast and deliver committed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. - Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence. - Maximize the reach of the company's product range. - Formulate a strategic plan for project work and utilize it to drive sales growth. - Coordinate effectively with other salespeople to serve assigned key customers.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercial business. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales. - Experience in industries such as Interior furniture, Tiles, Paint, and Building materials. - Ability to plan effectively and commitment to follow through. - Understanding and mapping of the project market. - Aggressive and familiar with the relevant market.
