Senior Game Designer - New Game (Hybrid Casual Game)

Required Skills and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS At least 3 years of experience as a game designer focusing on gameplay and/or user experience. Proven experience in game design, core loop and monetization design for multiple revenue models (ads, in-app purchases and hybrid). SKILLS Deep knowledge of game design principles (player motivation, core loop, MDA frameworks, monetization models, economy balancing, etc.) Strong game analysis skills: applicants must be able to intelligently deconstruct & discuss the strengths and weaknesses of games' design and experience. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, able to work effectively in a data-driven environment. Ability to pitch concepts in a clear, detailed manner through strong written, visual & verbal skills. Experience with wireframe & UI creation tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Experience with office software like Excel or Google Sheet. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Good at Feedback Reception and Constructive Criticism. Pay Attention to Detail and Precision.
