Job Overview And Responsibility

I. Key Responsibilities: ● Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new mobile game launches and ongoing live-ops campaigns on Google Play and App Store, targeting global audiences. ● Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and player segmentation to identify emerging trends, key opportunities, and actionable insights that inform product positioning and marketing campaigns. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and provide marketing leadership to Data Science, Operations, and Product development teams to analyze game performance, player behavior, and translate data into effective, targeted marketing strategies. ● Campaign Management & Optimization: Design, implement, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across diverse digital advertising channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Applovin, Mintegral, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. ● Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs, meticulously track campaign performance, analyze results against OKRs, and deliver insightful reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to stakeholders, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and growth. ● Creative Development Oversight: Collaborate with and guide Creative and Media teams to conceptualize and produce high-impact advertising assets (videos, banners, playable ads, etc.) designed to attract and convert new players. ● Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for all campaigns. ● Mentorship & Growth: Potentially mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

Requirements: ● Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in product marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming industry, with a strong portfolio of successful game launches or marketing campaigns. ● Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the mobile game ecosystem, F2P model, digital marketing channels (especially performance marketing), user acquisition funnels, and monetization strategies. Strong relationship with partners such as Google, Apple, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, and other platforms in gaming verticals. ● Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in using data to drive decisions, measure performance, and optimize campaigns. ● Campaign Expertise: Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ad networks, and influencer marketing. Having an annual Marketing budget of $10M is a plus. ● Leadership & Communication: Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and leadership abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese. ● Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. ● Passion for Games: A genuine passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of player motivations and community dynamics. ● Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a leader within cross-functional teams.
