Job Summary: The Digital Platform Manager will oversee the management and optimization of our digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, managing change requests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of working collaboratively across teams. Key Responsibilities: • Incident Management: Monitor digital platforms for incidents and issues; Raise tickets for any incidents related to digital platforms and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly. • Change Management: Manage change requests effectively by clarifying requirements and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met; Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and communicate necessary adjustments. • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT to ensure that changes meet specified requirements; Sign off on changes before they are released to production, ensuring quality and compliance. • Downtime Management: Manage downtime effectively, ensuring timely notifications to all relevant stakeholders; Coordinate with technical teams to minimize impact and downtime duration. • Live Verification: Conduct live verification of digital platforms on weekends following downtime to ensure full functionality and performance. • Reporting: Complete all necessary regulatory reporting accurately and on time; Prepare and present management reports related to digital platform performance and incidents.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Management, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital platforms management or a related role. • Strong understanding of incident and change management processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to digital platforms. Skills: • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. • Knowledge of UAT processes and methodologies. • Experience with monitoring tools for digital platforms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
