SCOPE OF WORK Role: Acting as a Bridge Between Director, Sales, Platform, and Team Developer. You will be responsible for conveying the requirements from stakeholders (Director, Sales, and Platform) to the Developer Team to ensure the development and optimization of the recruitment system on the company’s website platform. Main Responsibilities: 1. Gathering and Conveying Requirements from Stakeholders: o Work closely with the Director, Sales, and Platform departments to understand the business goals and requirements related to the recruitment system. o Ensure that the requirements from these departments are accurately and clearly communicated to the Developer Team for the implementation of features and system improvements. 2. Analyzing and Improving the Recruitment Process: o Analyze the requirements and recruitment trends from stakeholders to propose improvements to the recruitment process and optimize the system. o Provide solutions to enhance recruitment effectiveness, improve user experience, and increase operational efficiency. 3. Creating Business Requirement Documentation and Monitoring Progress: o Prepare documentation for work processes and the technical solutions that need to be implemented. o Track the progress of tasks, ensuring that requirements are completed on time and report results back to the stakeholders. 4. Testing and Evaluating Implemented Solutions: o Conduct testing for newly developed features to ensure usability and the effectiveness of system improvements. o Analyze data and user feedback to evaluate results and suggest further improvements. 5. Supporting and Maintaining the Recruitment System: o Ensure that the recruitment system operates smoothly and meets user needs. o Provide support to departments in resolving any issues related to the recruitment system.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields. 2. Candidate from job portal or job board field 3. 8 years of experience in recruitment and technology (e.g HR recruitment system) 4. Experience with Recruitment Systems: Proficient in online recruitment tools and software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM systems, and experience optimizing these systems. 5. Strong knowledge of the latest trends in recruitment and related technology, with the ability to anticipate and apply these trends to the development of the recruitment system. 6. Basic knowledge of technology concepts such as databases, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and tools supporting the development of recruitment solutions. 7. Strong business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Project management experience. 9. Knowledge of the recruitment process and online recruitment tools. 10.Good communication skills in English.

Hi. I saw in the “Notice to Headhunter” section that the ideal age for this role is around 27–30. However, the JD mentions at least 8 years of experience. Do you think this age range and experience level are realistic for a Vietnamese candidate who typically graduates from university or college at around 22–23 and starts working right after? I just want to make sure we're aligned before we start reaching out to candidates. Thanks!
Hi Michael, the notice is just an age preference. Candidate can be slightly older.
