Job Overview And Responsibility

1. Tax compliance - Prepare and submit declarations of VAT, CIT, PIT - Other tax issues related to the company's activities: FCT, … - Update new tax regulations relating to the company's activities 2. Accounting - Bookkeeping accounting transactions into the accounting software - Prepare Balance sheet, Income statements, Bank reconciliation, Fixed asset register, VAT reconciliation, Payable and Receivable ending balance - Report on business performance and results every quarter 3. Monthly payroll - Prepare monthly payroll - Register PIT code with the tax authority - Register employees' dependant with the tax authority - Update for new hires or termination with the Social Security Deparment - Prepare and submit claims of social insurance allowances for sickness, work accidents, and maternity leave 4. Administrative tasks - Review and create sales invoices - Check and issue VAT invoices - Monitor receivable balances per subject, reconcile receivable balance per GL with customers' figure; Send monthly payable report to the BOD - Collect and archive documents 5. Internal Control - Set up internal control system - Planning & implementing - Propose solutions to enhance and/or improve internal procedures, and to minimize risks 6. Finance Management - Cashflow forecast (weekly, monthly, ...) - Analyze company's financial status - Analyze typical metrics of the SaaS industry
