Senior UI/UX Designer

Job description We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Vietnam and collaborating with international clients is responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces that meet the needs of a global audience. This role involves a combination of creative design, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive and user-centered solutions. Responsibilities * Producing high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. * Interact, communicate and present ideas to the executive team. * Conceptualize creative ideas with stakeholders. * Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts. * Collaborate with the cross-functional team to turn concepts into visuals. * Work closely with the stakeholders and design team to initiate, execute, and extract insights using a variety of research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc. * Contribute to the design team patterns, the process, vision, etc. * Conduct design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious. * Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. * Collaborating with the marketing team, and design team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users.
