Consultant Legal
Entity: Panasonic Vietnam The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities: • Legal affairs - Contracts review, advice and negotiation with related parties. - Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant aspects. - Work with Govt authorities for company procedures & compliance to laws - Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedures. - Conduct Compliance training for internal needs. - Implement activities for promoting compliance culture • Corporate Governance & Risk Management - Support in building a strong corporate governance system in place - Assess Compliance & operational risks for counter measures • Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned.
• BA degree of Law • Having at least 5-year experience in doing Legal affairs • Working experience in sales, manufacturing environment and business activities like marketing, customs, supply chains, etc. • Communication, planning skills. • Good computer skill especially Powerpoint .
