Job Purpose Statement - Drive business growth by focusing on the Chinese market and securing new business opportunities. - Manage and develop key accounts in the freight forwarding/logistics sector. - Act as a key contributor in implementing sales strategies and exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement sales strategies targeting Chinese customers in alignment with company objectives. - Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for the Chinese market. - Set and achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Lead negotiations and close contracts for freight forwarding/logistics services. - Organize customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to showcase WFS solutions. Account Development: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese customers. - Work closely with the operations and product teams to provide tailored solutions to customers.
- Nationality: Chinese - Experience: At least 2 years in sales, specifically within the logistics freight forwarding industry. Skills: - Fluent in Chinese (mandatory). - Basic English communication skills for internal coordination. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
