職務概要
Research good index puzzle games on the market, come up with solutions to optimize the delivered product. Analyze current team product metrics and come up with different scenarios to optimize the product. Collaborate with other team members (game design, dev, art) to complete goals. Make some requests directly from Leader.
必要なスキルと経験
Minimum 2 years of experience in game design Having good systemic thinking Experienced in analyzing game metrics and optimizing games. Ability to evaluate and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of any game. Then propose solutions to apply to your product. Passionate, enthusiastic, proactive in work, sociable with the working environment.
