Comtor Tester

職務概要

1.1. IT Comtor (Interpreter/Translator for IT projects): Translate project documents and emails (requirement documents). Convey all technical requirements from the client to the programmers, monitor, and periodically report progress to the client. Communicate with customers or the Japanese team (if any) through various communication channels. Manage the progress of the programming team and report to the client. Summarize the entire project, drawing lessons for the whole team. 1.2. Tester (Manual): Schedule testing activities. Understand customer requirements to ensure accurate testing according to the content. Identify and document bugs or errors in the software, reporting them to the programming team for fixes. Maintain continuous communication with the programming team to complete the testing process on time and without errors. At the end of the project, summarize issues to improve in future projects.
