職務概要
• Represent the company professionally • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones • Hunt organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, maintain relationships with insurers, brokers, medical partners • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events • Develop quotes and proposals for clients • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the client’s requirement is reached • Deliver sales target in a compliant manner with all related rules and regulations • Train and help team members develop their skills • Consolidate sales activities reports for Head of Department for critical analysis prior to reporting to headquarter • Other tasks assigned by the Company.
必要なスキルと経験
• Bachelor’s degree • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point • At least 2 years of experience working in medical sales or healthcare insurance or HR services • Hands-on experience in sales and customer service • Good command of English • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills • Able to work under pressure • Ability to multi-task.
