職務概要
- Lead the functional design and rollout of specialised modules within Thomson Medical’s new Healthcare Management System. Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare billings and charging functions a plus. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows. - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications (Epics) and user stories for developers and designers. - Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications, ensuring alignment with business needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary. - Perform functional testing and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets business requirements. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to healthcare and digital transformation. - Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
必要なスキルと経験
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in documenting user journey map and requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
