Working in the Human Resources Industry for more than 4 years helped me to build confidence and taught me the importance of clients and candidates. I do end to end process starting from posting job openings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, background check, job offer and orientation. I make sure I get quality candidates that best fit to the position needed. On a personal level I am open to any situation that is challenging and which tests my abilities.
