Job Overview And Responsibility

- Perform tasks related to operational control related to technical services, pest control, LCC, digital transformation system (related to RMC system) for customers in Tenant, Aeon Group and customers outside the group. - Participate in monitoring and conducting new customer surveys, making estimates and sending quotes to the Sales department. - Control costs according to annual budget targets. - Search and evaluate new suppliers, diversify suppliers. - Monitor the contractors to maitain and prevent system risks. - Implement annual leave replacement at Sites using ADV manpower."

Required Skills and Experience

- Graduated from College or higher, majoring in Industrial Electricity/Refrigeration. - Good foreign language skills - Able to travel frequently - Other requirements: 1. Honest, hard-working, respectful to colleagues and customers 2. Decisive, quick reporting and handling of work 3. Priority is given to those with experience related to: + Air conditioning management (Repair & Maintenance, and Installation + Asset management + Fire safety management + Factory hygiene management & consulting"
