The Senior Fullstack Developer will work closely and provide consulting and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team (SnM team) and various non-technical managers and clients. The right person works successfully to present the company’s solutions to the international market. They propose and design solutions for worldwide projects related to business, technical, or operational pre-sales support. 1. Pre-sales and Build Case Study (80%) • You will lead research and development into new technologies and capabilities for the SnM department and multiple non-technical stakeholders. • You will be a core Presales team member, providing intensive technical consultation for new solutions, feature innovations, proof-of-concept development, design, and specification creation. • You will advise leadership on development feasibility & timeline. 2. Internal Tool Development (20%) • You will develop & package scalable libraries, frameworks, and systems that could be integrated into all of the internal platforms. • You will develop rapid prototypes for other teams to review and understand issues & risks during our discovery/implementation/UAT phase. • You will work on discovering and identifying inefficiencies and scalability issues in technical projects; you’ll then get to design effective solutions to resolve them. • You will document designs, specifications, flows, etc., and present such findings to both leadership and technical teams so everyone can fully understand each capability’s nuts & bolts.
• Have 4+ years of expert experience with one of the popular Backend and Frontend development • Proven track record in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performing APIs • Experience in consulting and communicating with various stakeholders and clients • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience in both relational and non-relational database systems • Passion for exploring new technologies and improving processes using industry best practices • Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with complex challenges • Strong team player, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and optimizing code and architecture
