Logistic Supply Chain Product Sourcing OEM Sales Import/Export
Job Description • Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities; • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing; • Collaborating with various internal departments to contact purchase orders; • Inventory Management – analyzing demand, purchase and process component inventory; • Supplier Management – managing current to ensure that orders are delivered by the committed date; • Cost and Quality Management – enabling access to favorable pricing and conditions whilst maintaining a high standard of quality; • Other tasks/duties assigned by the Head of Department/ Line Manager.
Requirements • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors); • Good knowledge of OEM/ODM and import practices is a plus; • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred); • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaborative attitude; • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing order and suppliers; • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities; • High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
