- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and plans. - Proactively identify and recruit passive/active candidates and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing. - Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. - Review and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. - Execute assigned duties and special projects as directed by the supervisor and/or manager. - Execute employer branding initiatives, including organizing events, managing Fanpages, establishing partnerships with newspapers, universities, colleges, training centers, HR consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
1. Education/ Training Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management. 2. Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in in either a recruitment firm or corporate setting. 3. Work related skills: - Candidate sourcing and relationship building skills. - Excellent communication and interviewing skills. - Database management and record keeping. - Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint. - Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication. - Organizational Skill. 4. Soft skills: - Effective communication and influence skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. -Proficient in negotiation and consulting.
