Job Overview And Responsibility

- Develop toB applications having a massive amount of data from scratch - Participate in whole development process including coding, testing, deployment, CI/CD - Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems - Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications - Introduce tools, systems and cultures for efficient development - Develop fundamental skills of team members

Required Skills and Experience

- From 7+ years with backend development, from 4+ years for Python language - Experience with Django or other Python web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask - Hands-on experience with AWS: SQS, S3, CDN, Route53, .... - Operation of an application on a production environment - Experience with async job/ background job: Celery, .... message broker: SQS, Kafka - Experience with K8s, Docker/Container and micro services - Experience with mysql; unit test - Experience to lead a development team (required for Leader position) - Experience to improve application performance - Experience with agile development - Strong sense of ownership - Good English communication and documentation skills
