Job Overview And Responsibility
As a member of webOS Team in LG CTO VSL, your roles & responsibilities will be as follows: - Developing embedded Linux systems using the Yocto project-built system. Basically, be familiar with the tools of the Yocto project, including BitBake, Experience configuring and tuning entire embedded Linux distributions. - Creating images by including open source using CMake and others into the Yocto build system. - Understanding how to create recipes for building and packaging software. - Participate in building and operating CI/CD pipeline to deliver high-quality software products. - Proactively improve CI/CD pipeline and leverage software development tools. - Install, setup and maintain CI/CD using Docker/Gerrit/Jenkins... and responsible for DEVOPS.
Required Skills and Experience
- B.S or higher degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related majors - Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Git/Gerrit, Jenkins - Familiar with Linux OS (Ubuntu, Debian, …) - Shell scripting and Python experience - Ability to verbal and written communicate and explain technical issues in English with the collaborating scrum teams. - High responsibility and good team-work - An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
