Job Overview And Responsibility
Admin: - Handle office admin tasks, air ticket booking, asset registration, stationeries,... and contact with the supplier to purchase office equipment. - Assist with printing and preparation of documents including presentation packages, contracts, reports, invoices, payment requests in a timely manner. - Performs simple bookkeeping tasks such as creating a monthly budget for the office supplies and operational expenses, rent, electricity, manages and reports monthly. Accounting: - Managing statutory reports. - Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. - Supporting Accounting Lead in preparing document for tax report. - Supporting Chief Accountant in handling Financial audit.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or Degree from a University in Accounting, Economic, HR. - Good use of computers, Microsoft offices. - Good attention to detail and manage documents.
