- Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) - Posting the requirement on job portals, sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting candidates as per recruitment process. - Scheduling the interview & coordinate with Candidate as well as Client. - Taking feedback after interview. - Client Acquisition, Business Development. - Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements and fulfill their entire requirement. - Meeting with the clients and accompany towards business development - Maintain relationship with existing clients
