Living & working in varying cultures across Asia, Africa and Europe, helped develop an ability to understand people and their behavior quickly. In the process, I learnt the value of creating successful partnerships. My experiences working with members of the management team taught me to focus on the long term strategic plans. I rely on these experiences to empower my stakeholders, by guiding them to find actionable solutions to their development goals. As a coach, I bring value through my multi-cultural experiences & a deep sense of commitment to their success. To me, coaching is all about my clients and their professional development journey. On the personal front, a yoga enthusiast and an explorer at heart. When I'm not at work, I can be traced to my favorite couch, trying to catch up on my reading.
