Job Overview And Responsibility
We strive to elevate personal training with a seamless cloud platform and build a marketplace to bring personalized fitness to the masses. We are a super unique product company targeting the US market with a high-performing engineering team in Vietnam. - Code and test back-end services in Node.js. - Design, implement and/or use RESTful web services - Building scalable microservices-based system - Understand the needs of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with the specific needs and requests of the customer - Participate in agile software development, prototyping and code reviews with a small team of developers
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years experience - Expert knowledge of developing projects based on Node.js and Express framework - Practically experienced with MongoDB - Strong background in JavaScript (ES6) - Experienced in Agile/Scrum development environment - Ability to write structured, well-documented and maintainable code - Practically experienced with REST APIs design and implementation - Solid professional experience in using Node.js unit testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.) - Good problem-solving and analytical skills - Practically experienced with Docker - Knowledge of and skills in designing/implementing microservices is a big plus - Experienced in any of the following areas is a plus: code review, continuous integration, continuous deliver - Good English communication *Special notice: This is NOT a remote job. Everfit only allows remote work during COVID period as a temporary solution. After COVID, candidates are supposed to work at office in Da Nang.
